1. Shipping Locations

      • We currently ship to all locations within Kenya. 

    2. Shipping Fees

        • A flat shipping fee of Ksh 350 applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery location within Kenya.

        • The shipping cost will be added to your order total at checkout.

      3. Processing Time

          • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

        4. Delivery Timeframes

            • Within Nairobi: 1-2 business days after order processing.

            • Outside Nairobi: 2-3 business days after order processing.

            • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other external factors.

          5. Shipping Methods

              • Within Nairobi: Orders are delivered via Dropoff Mtaani and Pickup Mtaani services using a rider for safe and quick delivery.

              • Outside Nairobi: Orders are securely packaged in an enclosed envelope and shipped via Wells Fargo or a preferred bus/matatu parcel service.

            6. Order Tracking

                • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your order until it reaches you.

              7. Failed Deliveries and Re-delivery

                  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

                8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

                    • While we strive to deliver your orders within the specified timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Neka Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
