- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items that do not fit well or are defective can be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nekaclothing.com with your order details within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item sent was incorrect or defective.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Exchanges: We process exchanges within 3 days after receiving the returned package.
