At Neka Clothing, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers across Kenya. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand our shipping terms and procedures.
1. Delivery Locations
- We currently deliver to all locations within Kenya only.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Within Nairobi: 1-2 business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- Outside Nairobi: 2-3 business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days from the date of order placement. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other external factors.
3. Shipping Fees
- We charge a flat rate shipping fee of Ksh 350 for deliveries to any location within Kenya.
- We do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Methods
- Within Nairobi: Orders are delivered via our trusted partners, Dropoff Mtaani and Pickup Mtaani, using a rider for safe and timely delivery.
- Outside Nairobi: Orders are packaged securely in an enclosed envelope/ Bags and delivered via Wells Fargo or a preferred bus/matatu parcel service.
5. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive email notifications once their order is being processed and when it has been dispatched. These emails will include tracking details to help you monitor your order’s status.
6. Handling Delays
- While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or logistical issues. Neka Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nekaclothing.com, WhatsApp at 0748 135 123, or DM us on Instagram at neka_clothing. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Failed Deliveries and Re-delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the recipient is not available, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
